I had a great time at the Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm, although there were a few bumps. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the variety of food options available. However, there were times when I had to wait too long for meals, and the buffet wasn't always hot or well-stocked. Overall, the hotel offered a nice experience with some room for improvement.

My stay at Hacienda Buenaventura was an excellent introduction to all-inclusive resorts and Mexico. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel safe and welcomed. While I enjoyed the beautiful pool and the ambiance, I did find the food options a bit limited, especially for vegetarians. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend. with a few minor improvements needed.

I felt a bit unwelcome at times, especially as an American guest among mostly Spanish speakers.
